While exfoliating too much is bad for your skin, not exfoliating at all is equally harmful. Over time, dead skin tends to accumulate and cause flakiness and breakouts. Use a mild scrub once a week to exfoliate. Also, don't just stick to the face; invest in a nice body polish as well.
